The eyemyeye lenses are designed specifically for you. The lenses cannot be reused for anybody else once they have been trimmed to your exact power and placed into your selected frame. However, they want you to be completely satisfied with their products and services, so they’ve provided you with a straightforward cancellation policy. Your request has been received. A notification will be sent to you through email or text message with all the pertinent information. The return policy will govern any applicable refunds.
Cancellation of the entire order
There are two ways to cancel your entire order:

In the event of an unethical purchase, the following policy terms may apply. They make every effort to ensure that a purchase or offer is completely foolproof.
EyeMyEye shall not be held responsible for refunds to customers who make purchases through fraudulent methods, such as exploiting a technological flaw or abusing the terms, guidelines, or codes of an offer. There will be no repercussions for any of these commands. It is also possible for EyeMyEye to charge the customer a hefty return and/or cancellation fee if it is discovered that multiple or bulk orders are being placed and then returned or cancelled; in this case, EyeMyEye may charge the user the whole order price. In the event that a consumer misuses “EMECash” by using a fake email or mobile number, EyeMyEye will cancel the order and no refund will be issued.

If, for some reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. During this time, you will not be charged any more fees.

Return policy for contact lenses
If you desire to return Contact Lenses, please do not open the packaging or remove the lenses from the box. If you’ve opened the box, you can’t return it, but the lenses inside are still new. All boxes, lenses, accessories, and warranty/instruction documents need to be intact for a return to be accepted. If the package of the contact lenses has been opened or tampered with, they cannot be returned or refunded.
